I have a customer setup on DMARCian and the DMARC Manager portal is not reporting the same name servers as WHOIS reports. How can I get DMARCian to show the same name servers?

What nameservers are reported for the zone when you query NS against the authoritative nameservers?
If you see the same ones shown in dmarcian, that should tell you everything you need to know.
Whois[.]com reports these name servers for truenorthtitlewi[.]com
But DMARC Manager shows nsone[.]net as the Primary Name Server.
I’ve logged into their Squarespace account and verified that their DNS records are there.
I did a little research and it looks like NSOne[.]net is an IBM company but the customer doesn’t have any idea why their domain is associated with IBM.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Did you dig ns yet?
DNS is not a mystery. You can easily follow the delegation from the root.
You might want to run the domain name through DNSviz.net and let it do the heavy lifting for you.
The TL:DR is that whoever populated your zone has entered the NSOne nameservers. You can see it flagged here: truenorthtitlewi.com | DNSViz
