SPF/DKIM struggles

I’m very new to the DMARC record stuff within DNS records. I’ve setup our SPF and DKIM and i’ve been struggling so badly to achieve at very least DKIM alignment within Cloudflare for messages coming through AmazonSES. Haven’t had much luck finding guidance online as most of it points me towards Amazon SES directly. Is there something I can do to setup my DKIM or SPF record to easily achieve alignment in DMARC? I’m certain there is something I’m missing. My current SPF is “v=spf1 include:hubspotemail.net include:amazonses.com include:relay.mailchannels.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all” I’m struggling to understand why this wouldn’t allow the outlook based domain to get SPF alignment.

If I could simply get 50% alignment pass i’d be a happy man.

Thanks anyone for some guidance to a slightly frustrated novice. I’m ready to learn!

There is likely no reason to have the Amazon SES include mechanism in your SPF since this guide to configuring Amazon SES suggests:

Amazon SES requires the use of a dedicated subdomain to achieve SPF alignment.

It also covers configuring DKIM.
