No DMARC reports received in last 7 days which confirm DKIM signing

Hi,

I have two domains with identical policies and reporting pointing to dmarcian.
One of the domains is showing on dashboard ‘No Signing. No DMARC reports received in last 7 days which confirm DKIM signing’.

I have tested originating a test email message from that domain to my gmail account and can confirm that DKIM signing is present.

How often does the dmarcian dashboard get updated?
The domain that is showing ‘no signing’ is a low-volume domain, so it is quite possible there hasnt been any communication from it outbound in the last 7 days. The test email I created last night should still be reflected in the report?

Mail systems usually send aggregate reports covering 24 hour intervals, so your test mails won’t show up in your DMARCIAN portal until some time the next day (up to 24 hours + DMARCIAN’s report processing time). Also, only some mail receivers send DMARC compliance reports. Google sends reports, though.
