Billing account permissions issue

By default, billing permissions require you to manually add read/write permissions via Access Control every time you create a new customer. An insanely manual process with zero benefits….Please either just give us the option to give them read or read/write as the default option with the role or create a new one with that as default because the way it is currently, it defaults to “no access” which doesn’t make any sense. How can someone manage billing if by default they get no access?
