GoDaddy and Office 365

My domain and DNS is managed by GoDaddy but I utilize Office 365 for all of my mail. That is where we work and send/receive our email.

When I look at my sources it shows 98% of my email coming from GoDaddy and only 2% coming from Office 365. Can anyone explain why all of that mail isn’t coming from Office 365 as a source? Is it because the DNS is managed by GoDaddy and the MX record is there (even though it points to Microsoft)?

This is because your domain actual base is GoDaddy so its working properly and their is no need to worry for you. I used this method on multiple sites of Istanbul real estate and I never face any real issue that harms.
